A large and imposing building of a generic style city hall. Made from a core of MDF with all wiondows cut out and covered with embossed plasticard and moulded window frames. A large and grandiose set of steps leads to a set of double doors. The roof is removable to allow access to the internal top floor. On the roof (out of shot) is a flagpole with the stars and stripes. Note the heroic figure carved into the stonework.
